An act that is immature, self centered with a lack of empathy, emotionally fragile, avoidant, bears grudges secretly but acts chill, give up easily. Basically an abhorrent behavior with no sense of remorse or responsibility or effort.

Bob spilt his milk but blamed the milk for being liquid.
