Verb: During the course of pooping your poop stops to urinate and then continue your bowel movement. The intermission of pissing during a shit session.

While pooping your anus tightens for release of urine. Once completion your anus relaxes and your poop continues.

I had shit so bad but I drank so much I had an Interpissen.

Innermesso

Wordplay on the Italian intermezzo. It is like a check-in but in the middle of a meeting instead of the beginning, to make peoples "inner messy" processes visible. The idea is that sharing thoughts and feelings when something for example feels "bad", can create a better understanding between individuals and allow them to move past negative perceptions to create a better outcome of the meeting.

Can we take a minute for an innermesso? I would like to share what is happening inside me right now.
