An extremely contagious disease that will turn you into an attention-hungry hipster over the course of two weeks. Very widespread in the valley, symptoms include 1000+ facebook friends, careers in frozen yogurt, fixie-riding, and all around hipsterribleness.

Hipster 1 "Did you hear about ben? He caught a touch of that Hipatitis B."
Hipster 2 "Yeah I heard. Supposedly he has new jobs at TWO frozen yogurt places."

Person that is too hip to be able to do operate correctly as a standard hipster. This person, while not necessarily mentally handicapped, displays cognitions of being hip just for the sake of being hip.

Look at that dude over there on his MacBook Pro. He is obviously too much of a 'hiptard' to be able to troubleshoot standard hardware.
