Helpish is the opposite of selfish.

Being helpish is a philosophy taught by Grandma Mert to her grandson, Joey. When he was a boy he would ask Grandma why she went out of her way and beyond her means to provide for others, like cooking enough Christmas dinner and hand delivering plates everyone in her entire neighborhood.
