(person) - This term refers to the unqualified modestly overweight Vice President of the United States and her reaction whenever asked a question about anything. Her inability to think critically on any question at translates to giggling causing her cellulite to be jiggling.

Hey, You hear that they asked VP Kabbalah Harris what she thought of migrant children and being molested, robbed, and killed by human traffickers and cartels and she laughed in their faces?

Yup....old Gigglebox does that. Its her nervous laughter dues to her overall gross unsuitability for the office she holds. Whats really gross is when her fat is on the move...gross!!
