Go for the Gristle

when a female is performing fellatio, and after she gets the complete schlong into her mouth, she "goes for the gristle" by getting one or more testicles into her mouth.

This came from trying to get the extra meat on the gristle on the chicken bone when you are done eating wings and are still hungry.
