A famiclone in a game-boy like format. Usually sold at pop-up gift shops in popular tourist destinations, or at Walgreens. They mostly (sometimes fully) contain some shovelware like Magic Jony while also containing pirated NES games, including the big hits like Super Mario or Contra.

A: It's tourist season, so now we have pop-up shops all across town because it's a popular tourist destination.
B: Let's check what crappy Made In China stuff they got here this summer.
A: Good lord, it seems like famiclones weren't enough for these guys, now they selling GAMECLONES!

a combination of the word "gamer" and "incel" which means "involuntary celibate" celibate meaning abstaining from marriage and sexual relations, but instead of involuntarily being celibate, gamercel implies celibacy because of too much time playing video games
