The repeated poor treatment by customer service agents of large corporations. Getting terrible service or no service at all and absolutely no resolution to your issues with a product or program you have already paid for.

After 14 attempts of contacting ABC corps customer care line and online customer support chats it was apparent I was part of the “Fuckalation” that is today’s customer service
