Poofed Hair + Frizzy Hair = Yep, you guessed it. Its Fooz. Was just chatting with a friend til we made a word for Poofy Frizzy hair.

Dang her hair is Foozed/Foozy. My hair resembles Fooz. Everyday, People continued to look at his unusually foozy hair. "So, whats her hair type?" I replied "Her hair is fooz, just straight up fooz."
