Extremely Violent Shitting

When your asshole gets so blocked that when you finally shit, it burns the mother fucking shit out of it, it jets out with the same force as a small Malaysian child being crushed by a 40 story building, it ends up breaking your toilet and then when you stand up, shivering from what came out of you, blood starts to stream from your anus, down your leg and onto the floor, you start crying as your mum runs in telling you, your grandmother was hit by a semi-truck, with just you crying on the floor in a puddle of blood while a black hole of shit sits in the toilet.

extreme logging

This is where you're forced to take a shit (drop a log) in the woods while hiking/camping and the sapling you're holding on to, while squatting,snaps and you roll backwards into your own crap.

We called the camping trip off after my extreme logging mishap.The stink and green flies were just unbearable.

most extreme elimination challenge

A long time ago (I believe the 80s) there was a game show in Japan called Takehashi's Castle. 100 people would try to take over a castle, but to get to it they'd have to go through obstacles, most of which were extremely dangerous and extreme, and if you lost the game you were eliminated.

Years later, Spike TV took the show and turned it into a show called Most Extreme Elimination Challenge, or MXC. They dubbed it badly with funny, often perverted commentary by the two host Vic Romano and Ken Blankenship, and edited out the prizes and things like that.

Any form of metal that goes beyond heavy metal in terms of extremity--black metal, death metal, grindcore are the most commonly used, though thrash (primiarly that from the 1980's) can be included as well. This also includes hybrid genres, such as dark metal, death grind, death thrash, goregrind, etc.

Morbid Angel is one of the most popular extreme metal bands today.
