The word "Dubious" if a slight remix of the word "Devious".

It means something that is often "Goofy" or just down right bad. So all in all you have read a pretty dubious sentence.

Man that presentation was absolutely dubious.

Dubious Consent 

Sexual consent that is meaningless because the consenter has an impaired state of mind, no option to decline, or does not know what they are consenting to.

Having sex with them is very likely to still be rape and leave crippling psychological scars.

Kyle: "I found a girl at the bar who is into me. She is wasted but she said yes when I asked to fuck her"

Dubious Waking 

This is the intentional ''evil'' act of waking up friends on your contact list in the middle of the night by either calling ,texting or sending them BBM messages just because you are having difficulties sleeping for one reason or another. This is mostly done with a huge smile/grin on your face.
