Hybrid of 'dramatic' and 'emotional'. If something is both dramatic and emotional it can be said to be dramotional.

"Did you see the documentary last night about the horse and the glue factory? So dramotional."

"I don't see why Cindy's getting all dramotional about it."

Noun - The ability to perform regular functions with stellar accuracy while completely intoxicated. Or so you think:)

demotional support 

Refers to assistance/comforting to help someone deal with "fallout of feelings" caused by his having been given a lower position on the corporate ladder than he'd formerly held.

I'm all for giving someone demotional support if he truthfully did little or nothing to deserve being given a lower-paying/importance job than he'd previously had, but someone's being "suspended with pay, pending investigation" or some other bu**s**t like that when he obviously/blatantly DID screw up is really pathetic.
