A combination of drama ("an exciting, emotional, or unexpected series of events or set of circumstances") and mataeological ("a discourse that is fruitless or in vain"). It references a highly excited exchange that does nothing to advance the conversation.
Counsel's cross examination was dramataeological, it was wildly emotional, but utterly without point or redeeming quality.

Dramanatrix

A person (generally female) who's addiction to drama compells him/her to be either the center of attention at all times, fighting with someone else (typically a partner or "best friend") at all times, or around people who's drama they can parasitically feed off of or vicariously participate in.
My sister-in-law is such a dramanatrix that she accused me of doing drugs at a family Christmas party when I refused to give her any of the percocets I had been prescribed for my week-old back surgery.
