Word for an online troll that does not define whether they are Russian, Republican, Democrat, Bot, or a deplorable by nature. Anyone that posts with the intent of disrupting the conversation to further their agenda.

2. To make bold claims of "changing the world" despite being in an industry of little significance.

compassionate disruption

A program of pushing homeless into social services that move the homeless out of an area and into a place where they can be inadequately treated outside the purview of the public.
The police lured the poor homeless from the downtown, under their new policy of compassionate disruption. The homeless were given the option of a one way Greyhound bus ticket, to see a far a way land, or residency in the local police hotel, and a job doing community service.
