Johto Drone

These are people who grew up with the Johto Pokémon games (Gold, Silver, and Crystal) for the Gameboy/Gameboy Color. Similar to a 'Genwunner', they believe that only a set number of Pokémon exist (251 in total), and will disparage any Pokémon fan who like anything related to Pokémon past what Johto introduced, claiming that Pokémon 'died' after that.

Around 2008, these people had a prominent trait similar to a 'Hoenn Baby', in which they believed a remake of Johto would be the second coming. Nowadays, these people flaunt the superiority of their Johto remakes, disparaging anything before, or after them, claiming that they are perfect in every possible way.

Johto Drone: "Hey, what's your favorite Pokémon game?"

Normal Person: "Pokémon Black or Whi-"

Johto Drone: "Black or White? Play a real Pokémon game, like Crystal, or Soul Silver!"

Normal Person: "But.. the new Pokemon are cool..."

Johto Drone: "Anything past Celebi is a Digimon!! I remember when the Pokémon were unique and creative, and not these rehashes!! Johto Pokémon had the last good designs before it all went downhill!!"

ATS Drone Strike

The means by which human resources "professionals" anonymously and surgically eliminate candidates from the recruiting process, often while sipping soy lattes and watching BDSM porn in the comfort of their well-appointed offices.

The acronym "ATS" refers, of course, to the multitude of automated "applicant tracking systems" used by many employers to dehumanize the recruiting process and subject applicants to cruel and unusual forms of torture, including having to re-enter their entire resumes in tiny little fields after having uploaded a perfectly acceptable resume document.

Scully: "Hey Mulder, whatever happened with that job you applied for that seemed a perfect match for your awesome skills?"

Mulder: "Thanks for asking Scully, but I was the victim of an ATS Drone Strike."

Scully: "Those bastards!"

Smartphone Drone

People who constantly sulk around with their Phones's in their face 24/7 txting, tweeting, or facebooking their menial lives. Usually bumping into things or other drones or stepping/tripping off curbs without looking. When their battery dies, they put a look on their face like someone just killed their christmas puppy.

Prep Drone

The person in the restaurant kitchen that does all the work that the chefs cannot be bothered with. In charge of cutting, slicing, and any other way to prepare the food for the real work. An integral and necessary member of the kitchen, but for the most part ignored.

"Richard? Who's that?"
