A misspelling of the words though or dough, that lazy idiots which never finished fourth grade use because they think it is the phonetic spelling of those words.

This is part of the de-evolution of mankind, where it somehow became "cool" to not know how to spell and some idiots believe the dumber you are, the better off you will be later in life.
