Cocker

A Cocker is someone who is being an asshole, a jerk, a douchebag, or basically a d**k. This can be used an insult towards someone, or you can use it to confuse someone who is insulting you. You can also use this to insult someone, but if they don't know the insult you can do it possibly in front of them, and they may have no idea what a cocker is.

"God, you're such a douchebag, man."
"Actually, I'm a Cocker."
"What? What's a Cocker?"
"Me. And you're the imbecile."

(In front of person, talking to a friend) "My god, he is such a Cocker."
(He thinks to himself) A cocker? Hmm...I wonder what it could mean...

cocker spadge 

'Cocker Spadge' is an affectionate term or a lighthearted greating used primarily towards young children by thier older relatives. It is common In North England around the North Yorkshire area.
It is often confused by people not from the area to be an insult. It does not take any meaning from the traditional insult of cock.
