when a guy or girl gets cock blocked by a dog barking, whining, scratching or any other distracting/annoying behavior. particularly when its only problem is that it's just more of attention hound than you are.

someone who the facebook poster does not know very well or like very much. By commenting, this annoying person will prevent the friends of the poster on commenting for fear of the situation becoming awkward between them and the blocker.
