An inflammatory condition that causes ordinary people to believe they are infected with genuine knowledge. Typically diagnosed by by measuring level of ego-inflammation, hot-air expelled, and hallucinations of confidence about a topic they never researched. There is no known treatment.

I think their charlatitus has them believing they're a great executive even though they're taking credit for other's ideas and the CEO has to do end up doing their job for them.
