A state of being so busy that you don't seemingly have time to do anything else. For instance when your job is treating repetitive motion injuries on the neck of someone who spends all their time looking over their shoulder.
I made the mistake of taking on two major home reconstruction projects simultaneously. I have been busier than Bovino's Chiropractor trying to get anything done.
