The meanest son of a bitch in any movie. Dennis Hopper portrays Frank Booth in David Lynch's "Blue Velvet." Frank is fond of Pabst Blue Ribbon, hitting women, nitrious oxide, and picking on nerds.

Frank (to Jeffery): "What kind of beer do you like?"
Jeffery: "Heineken"
Frank: "Heineken? Fuck that shit, Pabst Blue RIBBON!"
