All good spud or simply typed as AGS , is Australian slang often used within the transport industry. Expanding on the term all good , spud is added in a fun and playful way to ad humour to an often dull task handed out.

An absolutely savage southern US slang sarcasm of a more typical phrase from American English in general being "Are all of (or both of) you okay?" Generally when the southern slang version is used it is stipulating that whoever is being asked is not, in fact, okay.

A polite way of saying it's okay, usually in a cool/caring manner.

Person A: I am really sorry, but I spilled some soda on your girlfriends gym bag.
Person B: Dude, it's all good. Don't sweat it because we will just use some stain remover to remove any stains on the bag or my girlfriend will just get over it. She needs a new gym bag anyway.
