Po, one of four empty-headed Teletubbies who can barely speak any English, is just the opposite. She rejects all of your notions, no matter how important you think they are.

Brandon: Boy, I can't wait to go home and play some RuneScape HD.
Steve: Po does not approve this message.
Brandon: Wait...what did you just say?

Jake was too busy texting his girlfriend to notice the derivation that took up three whiteboards in his math class. In response to his teacher calling out his name, Jake suddenly blurted out, "Po does not approve." His parents received a stern phone call that day.

A phrase coined by F8thLeSS-Priicher meant to be a stupid way of making a negative statement with a referance to "My Hime" an anime in which one character's hair has ponytail-like things that look like sausages and is the jealous-type and when she thinks her "boyfriend" is looking at someone else her hair moves around franticly while she yells at him.
