-Can be expressed with two fingers followed by a 1 finger wit the hand turned around, the number 21, or any pattern that has 21 in it.

On the job and dont want everyone in the room to know you think your close-buddy did something stupid. So you throw up a 21 (2 fingers followed by a one) when only he is looking to tell him to grow up.
