Alas, the true motivation behind such maneuvers is usually not about drug control, but rather a more nefarious agenda that uses drugs as a tool to rapidly weaponize society.

The war on drugs was used in the 1980s to Weaponized America against people of color in an attempt to implement the new Jim Crow.
