a result of a friend, stranger, or acquaintance making police relations possible ( by accident or on purpose ) with a member of the police force of the same or opposite sex.

The sheriff made it impossible for a citizen to report a crime because he told his deputies to not pay attention to no parking signs for his friends. He cop-blocked me.

Clock-Blocked

When you are perfectly aware that something is hindering your direct vision of a clock in your house, such as dirty dishes blocking a stove clock, or leftover time on a Microwave oven from an unfinished cooking session. Something that you could easily clear and view the time, but you are too lazy to do so.

Friend: Dude, what time is it?"
Me: "I don't know, there's still ten seconds on the microwave from when I cooked popcorn, If you want to know, go clear it.."
Friend: "Your house Clock-Blocked me just now...

HSBO (High School Block Out)

High School Block Out: When one with purpose hits the mental control/alt/delete to block out not so great memories or simply to remove clutter from the brain to store more useful information.

Another sentence scenario a former certain someone (name not to be mentioned) tries to friend you on FB and you receive this message "so and so wants to be your friend on FB" Reply "I'm sorry who are you again, I HSBO'd a shit load of ppl from HS and I can't seem to recall you, so you must have been deleted from my hard drive as being either A) unimportant or B) clutter; now which category do you fall under because now I'm going to have to dig up my yearbook".

In a sentence "Hey, do your remember me I was in Speech with you"? Me, "Umm, no I not only HSBO (High School Block Out) you, but I HSBO'd Speech Class altogether, now piss off".
