La Hoida is a word to describe something that it very cool and awsome. It is like the new way of saying "thats the shit" It can also desccribe something that is hot.

Sweeter than an M&M (but not the peanut kind because she doesn’t like them). If you stumble upon an Emma, BEWARE: Your stomach will fill with a thousand fluttering mariposas at first glance; her contagious smile, calming presence, big brown eyes and enormous heart will get you right from the start; and her spontaneity and excitement for the little things in life (like carefully crafting tiny origami dragons) will inspire you to get out and try something new yourself. Not cussing, but sounds like it, in Spanish. Which wouldn’t actually make sense in Spanish. Unless you also spoke English. Que la Pelusa, What the fluff can be used instead of cussing, at school, to still express feelings without breaking a rule, while also supporting the interest of young Spanish learners. Interested learners will remember the content.
