Scooby-Doo Scheme

An organized plan or sequence of events that is incredibly unrealistic or over-the-top for the objective it is attempting to achieve.

-Derived from the antagonists of the popular children’s cartoon franchise “Scooby-Doo”, whom usually go about their malicious plans by dressing up as a monster and scaring people in outlandish ways.

“Did you hear about those firefighters that were arrested for locking a bunch of orphans in a burning building and then save them for a publicity stunt? What a ‘Scooby-Doo Scheme!’”

Salem

a not so friendly city where teenage kids from my neck of the woods, aka danvers, topsfield, or boxford, only venture for popcorn at the sketchy willows (in a large group of course), to watch our sports teams play (until we get threatened to get beat up), or to the purple scorpian to get something pierced because we're too old to go to the haunted houses but too young to get into the good bars. Otherwise, we're too scared.

boy 1: dude, let's go to salem tonight.
boy 2: why the hell would we go to salam?
boy 1: dude...the popcorn at the willows...
boy 2: let's go!

Salem is an elite boarding school located in Southern Germany on Lake Constance. Founded in 1920 by Kurt Hahn, Salem is considered the best school in Germany and one of the most famous boarding schools in the world.

Today, students of Salem are arrogant rich kids who like to wear Polo shirts and Burberry scarves. They also like to visit the local pub Galgen and spend each about 300 Euros every night there.

Alumni includes the Queen of Spain and Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh.
