A cornball way of saying, no. Or used to decline an offer. Can also be used to say you disapprove of something, or someone.(calling naples on something)

1.If someone were to ask me,"would you like a bowl of cottage cheese?", I would respond by saying, "Naples". cause cottage cheese is nasty, don't you know.

2.I caught her in a lie, so I had to call naples on her.

3.I call naples on bands like, slipknot, and icp, and godsmack. 'cause they all sound like poo.

To be an overconfident douchebag, one who thinks he's cooler than everyone else, while secretly feeling like they have to prove themselves to others. In other words, a poser or fakie. Someone who constantly contributes things to conversations that no one wants to hear, simply to hear their own voice.

Guy 1: "Dude, you take piano lessons?"
Guy 2: "Yeah, but i don't think i'm that good."
Nalet: "I know i'm good at piano. I also have a joke about one. Wanna hear?"
