pee pee lump

A bulge that may arise in old women (and young alike) that resides in the stomach region. unlike a pregnant woman, there is no baby inside this lump but maybe some fatty pockets. most clearly seen when women wear their pants up higher than their waist.

Lumpy Queef

This is similar to a normal Queef but the subject is on her period when the air is expelled from the vagina.

The "lumpy" side is when the subject expells blood clots as well as the standard bloody mess.
