The singular variation of a loogie ("a wad of spit"). Often a logie can be found dribbling down the chin of the spitter given that there was simply not enough spittle to create a proper loogie, hence, a logie.

A word that sprouted from a friend joking by calling me a "lugar" as in street luging. I mistook it for "loosier" and it has been a joke ever since. Means about the same thing as loser, only to a little higher degree.
