Gordbag

A proletariat homeowner. Gordbags can be found permiating urban areas of any major city. They also comprise a large proportion of home owners in rural areas. Gordbags tend to have credulous personalities combined with a laid back temperment. These qualities make them particularly appetizing to door to door hvac salespeople. This is due to the fact there is a strong positive correlation between the homeonwer's degree of gordiness and their propensity for falling prey to high pressure sales tactics; leading to the purchase of over priced hvac equipment within minutes of conversation.
The typical gordbag is a home owner between the age of 50 and 75 whos house is valued between 70k and 200k. The gordbag usually has at least 20k of equity in their home which enables liens to be secured on their property should they choose to cease payments for the equipment which they were duped into purchasing.

I just bodied that gordbag for 3 units. His house was so gordie lets hope he gets approved. *crosses fingers*
