in the final episode of season 3 in Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, Drama Pfaff did the double hand wave as the bikini models were walking out of the building. Rob accuses Drama of acting like a perv as he did the double hand wave.

rob: Google it. DOUBLE HAND WAVE PERV CURVE

Drama: i had no idea you could hate so much on a hand wave.

Rob: dude, its a known thing

royal wave

The type of the hand gesture that royalty (for eg Queen Elizabeth II) gives when passing a crowd, normally from inside an expensive vehicle or on top of a horse drawn carriage. Similar to parade wave but with even less effort required, since everyone is already looking at royalty, there's no need to get their attention with large gestures.

It can be used by non-royalty to wave to a group of friends while a passenger in a car leaving a carpark or street, where it is normally intended as humor.

"I gave them the royal wave."

What is a new wave wannabe you ask ?
Scene Kids, Scenesters, or anybody that is falsely labeled an emo, they aren't emo, they are a Scenester, or scene kid aka
New Wave Wannabe.

Remember the look was first done in the 70's as New Wave evolved out of Punk & Glam Rock, then combined itself with the new romantic fashion that is now trying to make a comeback with a new generation. Only difference is New Wave was done right and gave credit to Punk. NewWave is and was not scuz or trash.
New Wave Wannabe equals Scene kids.

Washington Wave

A polite wave given by polite drivers when doing impolite things on the road (like in Washington State), such as pulling out of parking lots giving the driver going that direction just enough time to not total your car.

I really wanted to catch the light, so I floored it out of the parking lot. The guy I pulled in front of nearly had a heart-attack, so I stuck my hand out the window and gave him a good ol' washington wave to smooth things over.
