This is the name given to the hard feeling in their stomach that woman have when they notice a hot guy. It is caused by excess blood flowing in the ovaries which causes it to get really hard. It can be seen as a big bubble on a womans stomach, sometimes called fat. Some woman have bigger ovary boners than other, and some woman even have permanent giant ovary boners when they have sex too much
