In all works created solely by means of computer aided programs are not true artistic renditions worthy of being considered art in the contemporary sense.
Examples of modern day artist; Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Shelley Jo V. Shuford, Picasso

Person one, I just love that artwork I saw on the web, and that's original.
Person two, Yeah OK sure it's nice but a machine aided in it so it's not real art it's just digital noise and easily copied again and again.

Person two, You see now stop with all that digital noise and have a look at this Micheal Angelo, this is real art!
