Based on the term min/max within the gaming community.

Instead of "minimising weaknesses, maximising strengths" they minimise all parts of the game by working on skills which are useless for their level, do not follow advice and often skip important steps of a character build.

A person who follows this pattern can be referred to as a min/minner.

Drav: How long has Bob been playing that game now, their stats aren't very high?
Panda: For a year but they are a total min/minner so their growth is shit.
