Get the hellomug. A common English greeting. Not an insult or a compliment. Hello is used when first seeing somebody, then a conversation will begin. A synonym for hello is hi. Hi is used more commonly when texting but also is used in face to face conversation.
Stacy: Hello Rebecca!
