This account was set up after a lawsuit was filed against youtubers h3h3Productions by youtuber Matt Hoss (aka Bold Guy or MattHossZone), who claimed h3h3 unlawfully used their content in a video. This law suit could potentially threaten fair use, leading to large monetary support (many from big youtubers) to h3h3. This money was then used to make the said FUPA account.
