Both dramatic and drastic. This phrase is to be used when neither alone accurately convey the extent of a change.

My situational awareness dropped dramastically after sniffing a bottle of chloroform. {As did my limp body.}

Teacher: "I would give this a 0; it's a good example of a full-on grammatical abortion"
Student: "Did you just use the expression 'grammatical abortion?!'" *laughs uncontrollably*
