Confusionism

When an attorney lies and twists facts, engages in gaslighting at every hearing, throws a bunch of manure on the case hoping it will stick into a nice, smelly ball of turd with the purpose of confusing a judge. The result of Confusionism is a high-conflict case where one of the parties becomes homeless and the party who went to jail for abuse keeps their freedom, money, and children for the time-being. Conclusions

No it's not just questions and the question tend to allude to what I believe may be the case.
