10 October is a national day in Romania. It is celebrated the moment when Luca was born. He is considered in his country the ultimate king and he has the power to do whatever he wants. When people meet on 10/10 the noun"hello" becomes "Luca is great!"--->"True he is!"

Michael and george meet on the street on 10 October. Michael says:"Luca is great!" And, of course, George say:"True he is!".
