Thug Shake 

A dance movement (preferably performed by young black male) that consists of a repeated hip movement, causing your male genitalia to swing and shake in sync with the hips movement.

The dance is most popular around the hood and typically performed by homosexual african-american men that has a gangster/thug attitude. The “Thug Shaker” is preferably performed butt naked and oiled up together with other hood members.
