A mental health condition that causes severe anxiety over penis size. It can affect men who do not even have a small penis. This syndrome has developed as a result of our society’s damaging, body shaming attitude towards men’s genitals and the concepts about sex that have been influenced by the porn industry.

Small penis syndrome is poorly affecting his body image and his quality of his life.

Two definitions:

- someone who shows off masculinity by being cocky, showing off, overly confident to overcompensate their 4.2 inch fully erect dick.

- rounding your dick size 2-4 inches up.

Example 1: "Liam has a lifted truck, wears tapout, works out and acts HARD (douchebag) to overcompensate the fact he has a micropenis and can only please a girl in bed with his tongue"

Example 2: telling a girl that you have a 6 inch penis when in reality you have a 4.2 inch dick.

Small dick energy right there.

A 'small-timer' stumbles through everyday tasks with a lack of class and with increasing damage to their integrity. Their catastrophic nature can easily be mistaken or excused as "bad luck", however this is far from the case.
