Resume Fodder

Resume fodder is a bullshit job that you are aware is bullshit, but you only work there for a short period of time to use it later on as a reference. By working there for only a month and then quitting, you can stack up your resume and theoretically speedrun the corporate ladder. Think of it as gun game in Call of Duty but for jobs.

Yeah I got hired at TGI Fridays as a line cook. I'm only gonna be there till I line up something slightly better this job sucks it's nothing but resume fodder

Content Fodder

Content Fodder: A slang term for individuals who are preyed upon by prominent social media personalities or YouTubers. Similar to traditional cannon fodder, these individuals are thrown into online debates unprepared, knowing they have little chance of success. Their humiliating moments often go viral, spreading rapidly across the internet and resulting in long-term embarrassment.

Lee: Frank, have you seen all those clips on YouTube? People getting absolutely roasted on podcasts debates. bruv?.

Frank: "Yeah, mate, it’s like they’ve got no clue what they’re in for LOL. There like rabbits in headlights, they are just getting used proper content fodder, bruv LOL

Lee: where do they find these melts bruv? LOL

Frank: Gen z is full of the bruv LOL.

Lee: Init bruv LOL.

friendly fire fodder

These are the people yo would NOT take a bullet for. To the contrary, these people you would WANT to see put down. This is in reference to military term friendly fire, when troops shoot their own fellow personnel (accidently or not). Friendly fire fodder candidates are usually horrible bosses, who, by their subordinates, would like to see them gone if they could eliminate them.

Roger: Hey, Davie! How is your new boss, Michael?
David: Oh, he's the WORST! He a micro-manager from hell, and everybody hates him. I swear, if we were ever in an army battle, he would be a surefire candidate for being friendly fire fodder!
