When a male polishes some nipply nipples that are cold with their pointer finger and thumb in a rotating fashion in order to perform a generous, warming, humanitarian service to a female. Usually performed on females that are cold, of whome are wearing t-shirts that reveal the soldier like stance of the nipple. Any slapping of the face is a sign of encouragement towards the action(they love it!)

I think she's cold, let's do our good deed for the day, as our scout master told us, and give her a tweener.
