A person who does precision guess work based on unreliable data solving problems you didn't know you had. Normally very strong for there size and most have a bad temper so best not to mess with unless you are a tree climber. Usually addicted to hard drugs like painkillers and meth but often just weed and alcohol. Often has no driver's license or bank account.
