1.usually offensive: a person whom acts with moderate mental retardation by personal choice. An individual whose rhetoric is always askew of proper pronunciation.

2. A long winded, feeble minded individual, who refuses to accept responibility, and insists upon being correct in any situation.
3.An individual who is always off key, in any conversation, like a badly tuned musical instrument, such as a Paino.

Why does that guy always act like a piana, we could have been out of that meeting in 15 minutes, if he had just shut up and taken responsibility.
