An odd noise, created in the back of the throat, used by hipsters when in the state of uncertainty, as if preparing to speak. Usually accompanied by the hipster shuffle.

The tickets said theater 6, but they were directed to theater 3. The girls proceeded to molchany in confusion.

Pet-moocher

A person who visits their friends and relatives residences to spend time, love and play with their pets (mostly cats and dogs), to avoid the responsibility of maintaining, walking, feeding and caring for pets of your own; hence having the best of both worlds. It's not uncommon for a pet-moocher to suggest getting one or more pets, to their friends and family members, they often visit.

My friend is such a pet-moocher! He saw this cute little kitten at the kennel and suggested that I take it in! I already have ten cats, and he's never helped me change the kitty litter, once. Ha!

Poor Man's Mocha

A term originating in the Reef (the main cafeteria) at St. John's University (Minn). The term refers to a mixture of hot chocolate and straight black coffee. Students need to concoct their own mocha because the Reef does not provide mochas and student's are far too poor to afford a $4 coffee from Starbucks everyday. The term 'hobo mocha' has also been used to describe this beverage.

Bennie: Is that hot chocolate?
Johnnie: No way! This is a Poor Man's Mocha!
