A penalty merchant is a football player that likes scoring pent and cannot live without them. Most penalty merchant are from portugal e.g penaldo and penanzez.

A person who is employed by the NAVY and disobeys direct orders and regulations. A dirt merchant may also intentionally not salute officers. Also a person who smells of cigarettes, copenhagen, booze, and strippers.

A person who has a reputation for getting, or who has actually gotten, their ass kicked in almost every physical altercation they have ever been in, "cement merchant" being indicative of someone who gets knocked down to the ground a lot, and who loses more fights than he/she wins.
