Prime Legion is a great group with great leaders. They are one of the groups that are that little percentage of Above average and are great allies with the group Astric Imperial. they have lots of fun and aren't full of tryhards like other groups.

Also based on the slang developed by The Beastie Boys (although they never in fact used these two words in combination). Could appropriately be used when someone does something very impressive but not only is this 'something' they do impressive but it is done with complete and utter style.
